Took country style spare ribs out for dinner. Anybody have some ideas how to prepare it besides BBQ?

  • You can put duck sauce on them and cook them in a crock pot, on high 5 hours I have done this. You can then serve it over white rice or what you like. Enjoy!!!

  • My mom used to oven cook them in a baking dish with sauerkraut and sliced apples.

  • Slow cooker or oven or on stove, put in a can of sour kraut, then make some boiled potatoes on the side.

  • For Christmas Eve we have spare ribs just seasoned with salt and pepper and baked then we put them in lefse...butter the lefse, mash up some boiled potates on the lefse and then debone the ribs and put in lefse and roll and eat like a yummy

  • season with some salt pepper garlic salt in a baking dish with a lil water on bottom cover bake at 350 for hour and a half and they will be good...
