What to pack for lunches?

Former Vegetarian/Vegan needing advice on what to pack for Hubby and 7-year old's lunches? They are not picky, but need ideas on quick, healthy lunches for either/both of them?
I am mostly Vegetarian, but have MS so I cannot claim to be 100% Vegetarian :)
