Is a digital scale accurate ?

I have a digital scale and i weigh myself every morning and i just wanna know if thats right cus somedays ill weigh 126 and somedays ill weigh 125 and today i weigh myself and it said 124.0 is that right ?

  • Not sure whether it's correct or not - You'd have to weigh yourself on another scale (maybe a dr's who should calibrate it) to see if there's a difference, however, it is VERY normal for you weight to fluctuate throughout the day and over the course of a few days.

  • yes, no matter if you weight yourself at the same time everyday, your weights changes.
