  • We love lefse! Learned all about it when we lived in MN. My kids fave is with butter, cinnamon and sugar!

  • Lefse is a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread. It is made out of potato, milk or cream (or sometimes lard) and flour, and cooked on a griddle.

  • My husband and his family loooooooove it very much. I don't know if it's the growing up in Minnesota thing or the Swedish thing. I have no idea how to make it though
