sleeping patterns

My son just turned two months old. He wakes up to feed every 3 to 5 hours.

How can I get him on a set sleeping time?

  • You don't. His body and brain tell him when he can quit waking to feed. And 2 months is far from the norm for sleeping long periods.

  • 3-5 hours is really good for a 2 month old. I know moms who would kill to get that much sleep!

Don't expect it to last. He will probably start waking more with teething, separation anxiety and other phases. Just to prepare you. He's doing great for his age, though! :)
