does anyone else find it rued when asked personal questions like...

how much was your house,car, or how much money you make? and what are some good responses to these nosy people?

  • I just dont answer them. If more ppl thought the way I do then wed have less fighting on this site. JMO

  • See I don't get it...I never saw questions like that as personal. Nosy yes, but personal no. I had a best friend who would take great issue if I asked how much this new job was paying her, etc. Big deal...it's just a conversation between friends.

  • well to strangers it's really none of there buisness really but family and friends it's okay to talk about cars and houses but it's no bodies buisness but to the one your with on how much money you make. but just let them know that you don't feel comfortable talking about finance.

  • It'd VERY rude and personal. Not even my parents would ask me things like that!

    How much did your house cost? Not too much, or I think we got a good deal.
    How much did your car cost? Why, do you want to buy it from me?
    How much do you make? Enough, or I do ok.
