colorado mamas...

i may be moving to co here soon and i was just wondering what it is like, and if it snows there all the time?asicly just some general info. thanks mamas

  • Depends on where you are moving. I am on the western slope. We do not get much snow and have pretty mild winters. In the mountains and on the eastern slope they get much more snow.

    So where do you think you will move to?

  • I'm in Denver. We really don't get a ton of snow. And often when it does snow, it melts quickly because we have a lot of sunshine. It might be 12 degrees out, but the sun will shine. Our winters can get cold and our summers can get quite warm, often in the 90's. But as a lot of people say, it's a dry heat.

    As sleepingbeautee said, the parts of the state are very different, with culture as well as weather.
