  • We have filet mignon, so easy to cook, baked potato, Caesar salad and sometimes another veggie and rolls. And don't forget the cheesecake for dessert! We have used this menu for about 10 years.

  • my parents usually do ham with all the fixings. last year my mom made stuffed shells just to switch it up a little. but, back to ham this year.

  • Ham, duck or goose is tradition. But I suggest what you can do ahead. Christmas is too busy and too important to spend it in the kitchen. ENJOY

  • I always do a big breakfast or brunch. Cinnamon rolls, pancakes, french toast casserole, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and whatever else strikes my fancy. I leave dinner up to my momma :)

  • We do a simple breakfast because we eat dinner in the early afternoon.

Turkey is traditional at our house --where Thanksgiving was nearly 3 months ago, not 5 weeks ago.
