how do i begin teaching my new born?

  • Your newborn will learn everything he/she needs to know from her world and interaction with you and your family. They learn so much in their first year, they don't need flash cards or anything like that. Just let her explore her world (through crawling, putting things in her mouth that are safe, etc).

  • Keep your child involved in what you are doing day to day. I carried mine in a sling and that meant they were constantly up hearing my conversations etc. As a newborn there is nothing really more then you need to do to "teach" them.

  • Agree with PP that you just need to have him/her near you, hearing your conversations, talking to the baby, etc.
