  • I am looking into doing the same thing I suggest either talking to someone else you might know that does it or like I did look it up type in something along the lines of what you asked here there is alot of information about it.

  • Here are the basic guidelines for Oklahoma. Also, here is a website that has all the contact info for your state so you can obtain for info such as licensing. http://www.daycare.com/oklahoma/












    Age Range Ratios for Family Child Care in Oklahoma State
    Provider may care for:

    1) maximum of 7 children (the number includes the provider's own children under 5 years of age) and not more than 2 children under age 2 years.


    2) maximum number of 6 children with 3 under age 2.


    3) maximum number of 5 children with 4 or 5 under the age of 2 years.
