  • I am looking into doing the same thing I suggest either talking to someone else you might know that does it or like I did look it up type in something along the lines of what you asked here there is alot of information about it.

  • Here are the basic guidelines for Oklahoma. Also, here is a website that has all the contact info for your state so you can obtain for info such as licensing.

    Age Range Ratios for Family Child Care in Oklahoma State
    Provider may care for:

    1) maximum of 7 children (the number includes the provider's own children under 5 years of age) and not more than 2 children under age 2 years.

    2) maximum number of 6 children with 3 under age 2.

    3) maximum number of 5 children with 4 or 5 under the age of 2 years.
