  • Peter, Paul, and Mary's children's album. "I Have A Song to Sing, O" seemed to be his favorite and it calmed from the day he was born as a result!

  • Whatever I listened to at regular volume. My nephew on the other hand.. He had Metallica playing for him ALL the time, and after he was born, the easiest way to get him to sleep was to turn up the volume on his Dad's Metallica CDs. He went right to sleep when you played it loud. I still haven't decided which was harder, listening to my nephew cry, or blasting metallica to get him to sleep. Babysitting him then was hard. LOL

  • i never played anything specific but i listened to music all day at work w/ my first (whatever was on the community radio) at a little lower than normal volume and at home (pretty much everything but country). i also sang a lot along with the music (something im doing w/ this pregnancy as well). 2+ years later and my DD still calms down to hear me sing and has a great ear for music.

  • I just listened to my normal music a little louder (AFI, Type O Negative, Slipknot, etc., Britney *shudders*, other pop type stuff, Garth, Reba, etc.).
