  • Jordan Essentials Lotion Bar. It's made of beeswax & plant oils. It seals & protects your skin so that it retains it's natural moisture. Beeswax has natural healing properties to heal up the cracks fast. It's all natural & made in the USA.

  • Believe it or not, Lanolin, the stuff for breastfeeding moms. I don't use it for breastfeeding, but it's great for hands and feet, or little cheeks and noses in the winter...

  • we take fish oil and use shea butter after showers. my mil's hands crack and bleed in the winter, she used a burt's bees intense therapy? for hands at night with gloves on. she said it helps a lot. it does not smell pretty, but it is better than bleeding hands.

  • Mary Kay Satin Hands, I love the stuff! I buy a tube and it last forever. I worked as a CNA for 17 years, and in the winter time my hands were bleeding if I clenched a fist. I started using Satin hands Daily and have never had that issue again.

  • Aveeno usually.
You want something THICK -- more of a cream or ointment, not a lotion.
