do you have sugar or sugar substitiute in your coffee or tea?

i like splenda.

  • Well I used to use sugar. Now I am a diabetic I dont. The closest substitute for best taste is splenda or stevia aka trustevia. Yet I only use the flavored creamers now. For you get flavor i.e. Hazelnut as well as sugar but not overkilling it on the sugar. Hope this helps.

    In tea (when I have tea) - sometimes and then I use a spoon or 2 of sugar.

  • I use sugar. I know artificial sweetner has fewer calories, but I am afraid of the chemicals they make them out of.

  • I drink my coffee black and my tea with one pink packet. I have tried Splenda and it just tastes funny to me. Hubby likes it in his coffee so I keep it for him.

  • I usually don't but every now and then I fancy something sweet i'll have 1/2 tsp of xylitol in my tea.
