sorry TMI but.....

ok since thanksgiving i have had terrible gas ( i know im sorry ) and it really stinks i offend myself but its been over a week now and i still have it and it still stinks. and next week im taken a trip w/ my mother in law and im worried about the gas/smell is there any reason for it or something i can do to calm it so to speak i havent changed my diet or anything so its nothing new. any ideas or info it is very thanked :)

  • If you ate foods on Thanksgiving that you aren't used to, for example richer foods, it can cause your bowels to overact so to speak!
    If you are really concerned about it try some gas x to ease the problem until it resolves on its own! Best of luck!

  • get some probiotics from the health food store. lay off the dairy until after the car trip.

  • Sounds like the turkey may be sitting in your guts somewhere yet. Do a bit of a self-cleanse - lay off meats, refined sugars, dairy, simple carbs (white bread/rice, etc), up your intake of fresh fruits & veggies big time, drink a ton of water. And definitely take some good probiotics - not the yogurt that claims it, or any of that junk - a good refrigerated probiotic from a reputable health store.
