Is there a key command or format to delete/hide duplicate cells in a spreadsheet?

I have a spreadsheet I am working on at work, but it has over 27,000 rows that I have to work due to the duplicate cells/rows with the same patient listed multiple times.

Is there a way to hide those automatically without having to go through the entire spreadsheet and doing them individually?

I hope this question makes sense.

  • Are you working in Excel? What version? It is possible to hide entire rows or entire columns but not invididual cells.
