Do you supplement Magnesium?

I saw this little video (2 mins) that illustrates how our cells use magnesium and...

... why we get twitchy and stiff or achy without enough magnesium.

Dr Dean warns that most of us don't get nearly enough Magnesium (more important than calcium or potassium). Also, we can't completely digest calcium without it.

Hope you find this helpful :-)

  • I take a supplament with calcium and magnesium. I know when I take it faithfully everyday, I am less tired, less moody and ready to take on the day. When I don't take it I don't sleep soundly. It is a must for me.
