At what age should you have your first one?

  • I believe it is 50 unless there is a history of osteoporosis.

  • Early!  I had my first one in my early 30's.  It is best to do it when your bones are healthy, that way it can be compared to future tests to see exactly how much bone density you are losing and how fast.  Which means early detection for most bone diseases.
