Does anyone know how to help with pregnancy bloating?

Everything I eat feels like it sits in my throat, anyone have any suggestions for relief or ideas on foods that may not make me feel this way?

  • less salt and more water

  • In addition to less salt and more water, less of cruciferous veggies, like cabbage, broccoli and Brussels sprouts. Those can also increase bloating. Put your feet up as much as you can.

  • Drink water! it seems like the opposite thing to do, but it helps! and like PP said, less salty food.
