Did anyone else put real candy canes on the Christmas tree?...

And your kids already ate them all off the tree? I did and they were all gone within 2 days. I asked my oldest daughter who is 4 what happend and she said.. Santa was really hungry. Lol! So i bought some fake ones today lets see if Santa gets hungry again ;)

  • I think what she said was cute. My kids dont really like peppermint candy canes but I still hang candy canes on the tree since they add a bit more to the overall look of the tree. They don't seem to go bad like other candy either.

  • My kids are all teens and they love candy canes. So I have about 2 dozen glass ones that I put on and then a dozen real ones so they have something to eat without ruining the look of the tree.

  • We put real ones on every year and I usually replenish them a couple of times during the season.
