  • Lasagna and pretty much any casserole or ground meat dish.

  • I make spaghetti sauce and freeze it in individual servings. You would just need to make pasta.
Stews and soups are always good.

  • Any soups - chili, vegetable with or without beef, potato, cheese, chicken, minestrone. Ladle into containers, take out and put in fridge the night before you need it so it thaws at least partially. Heat on 50% power til thawed completely.

Meatloaf or meatballs and mashed potatoes or scalloped potatoes or au gratin potatoes or hash brown casserole, plus if you keep frozen veggies on hand you can add a portion still frozen and they'll heat up/steam nicely with the rest of the food. Make everything like normal, cool, portion, and freeze.

Enchiladas (bake fully before cooling, portioning, freezing), tater tot casserole (bake fully before cooling, portioning, freezing), breakfast sandwiches (fry or scramble eggs, fry some bacon or sausage patties or use slices of ham, layer all plus a slice of cheese on a biscuit, croissant, english muffin, bun, whatever, wrap & freeze).
