What are some good exercises to do at home to lose about 5-10 pounds?

I know the diet has a lot to do with that, and I've changed my diet. I was just wondering what are some good at home exercises I could do to help lose some pounds.

  • i started doing squats while holding josh lol he thinks theyre great and im building muscle!

  • do cardio, try doing 10 minutes, where you walk, jog, walk, jog, etc. for 1 minute each - I lose a pound every time I do this...speaking of which, I should do it now
