Is it okay to eat cucumbers and vinegar while pregnant?

  • Red peppers and grape tomatoes sliced with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add a dash of salt and pepper.... YUM!

  • Haha, yep, no reason not to. It's the same thing as pickles, really. Only pickles have more salt..So it's healthier!

  • Yes! Slice some sweet onions and put those in the vinegar to pickle... YUM!

  • How far a long are you? As long as you're not going to be delivered within a week or two I see no problem with eating them. But if you're close to due it really wouldn't be a good idea to eat anything with vinegar because it can actually thin your blood and cause you to bleed to much during or after delivery. Same goes for Aspirin and vitamin E.
