Yes and No. Firstly, it's very rare today to find a true Shaman if they were not raised to be such. So the vast majority of "Shamans" today are "Neo-Shamans" and it's not a pure form of Shamanism. This more common "Neo-Shaman" form of Paganism is easily mixed with Wiccan beliefs and practices. These "Neo-Shamans" are following more of a PRACTICE rather than a BELIEF or RELIGION... So sure, someone could easily PRACTICE Shamanism and follow the Wiccan RELIGION, but I would think it would be hard to be a pure Shaman and Wiccan... But yes, a hybrid faith/practice is more than doable because they do not necessarily clash in any way.
Hybrids are always possible, but just like it would be hard to be a PURE Wiccan and PURE Catholic, there would need to be some give and take here as well...
