Yes, especially when it comes to custody. My son divorced. His ex-wife did some things that were awful right down to 3 affairs and taking his daughter into hiding for 4 weeks because she "thought" he would do that (even though he had never hinted he would run). She accused him of abuse which was she admitted was a lie and is illegal to make false claims to get custody; yet she got everything she wanted. When he returned to court after she posted questionable pictures on the internet of his 3 yo daughter and ex's boyfriend, she was given residential custody of the child, and my son's parenting time was decreased. What!!!!! She is posting my granddaughter drinking beer, he wants her removed from the home, and he gets LESS time. Welcome to ultra-liberal Michigan. Descriminated against ------- HELL YES!
