how do you use gourmet honey, without feeling like you wasted it?

I just bought this AMAZING raw meadowfoam honey, that is unlike any other honey I have ever tasted. It has notes of vanilla and liquoer, but it's not flavored, it's all natural. I feel like it would almost be wasted in tea or cooking where I might not taste it's complexities... . I could dip apples in it... perhaps spread it on a roll... How would you use such a delicious honey?

  • Spread it on bread, use in tea (something light, like chamomile)

  • I would spread it on really good bread, or a really good roll. None of those brown and serve things. Something with yeast that is light and airy.

  • I make bread in the breadmaker to eat our good honey on. I however do use mine in tea and other things, but for me it's fairly simple to get ahold of the good stuff at the farmers market over the summer.
