Tart warmer issue

i just got a tart warmer...electric that looks like a plug-in. Ther tart doesn't seem to be melting. It's a yankee tart. If I break it into smaller pieces, how long should it take to melt? Or is there anything else I should do?

  • If you break it into smaller pieces or not, the tart should only take a couple minutes to melt. You should check the electric warmer to see if it is emitting heat.

  • It should only take a few min for it to warm up and start melting the tart.

  • I've never used an electric burner but it takes only a few mins to melt the tart with a tea light.
