has anyone tried or heard of a weight loss diet were u eat 3 meals a day & 4 1oo calorie snack.

  • No.....I am doing slim fast, but that is 2 meals as shakes or bars....3 snacks...and a sensible 4 and I am hungry!!!

  • no. i don't go for diets though....i think the smart thing is to eat every 2 to 3 hours, small portions, to keep energy levels even all day long......i eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack......and each meal is nutrient packed and not processed !

  • Yes, I ate oatmeal for breakfast, and a total of 1800 calories for the other two meals. I also ate no calorie snacks between meals.

    I lost 159 lbs in two years. That was 10 years ago, and I have kept it off. I have also replaced sugar with splinda.
