Looking for some kid friendly recipes! Want to share?

Here's mine - Pork chops, few tablespoons brown sugar, equal parts butter. Bake for 45 minutes. Kids LOVE it!

  • My dd LOVES swedish meatballs. 1lb ground turkey, seasoning packet by McCormick (i cheat lol), Egg noodles. She devours it every time.

  • The recipe actually calls for beef, but I don't like it so I substitute turkey. DD will eat it either way.

  • Mexican style stuffed shells. Mix taco meat and fat free refried beans and spoon into large pasta shells. top with salsa and bake for 25 mins. this is my sons favorite!

  • My kids always liked pizza. I would make mini-pizzas for them to put their favorite toppings on. My daughter loves pepperoni. And my son loves pepperoni and green peppers. And the pizzas are just the right size for them to make a meal out them.

  • Quick and Easy Fettuccine- Start with a cup of milk and 2 tbs butter in a sauce pan. heat to a simmer then melt one block of low fat cream cheese into the mix. Once it is all melted and smooth add about 1/8-1/4 cup Parmesan until melted. Toss in linguine and top with broccoli and grilled chicken.

    Sneaky meat loaf
    2 pounds lean ground beef
    1 can carrots mashed and drained
    1/2 cup peas blended until smooth
    1/4 cup heinz chili sauce
    1/2 small onion diced
    1 small green pepper diced
    1 egg
    1/4 cup bread crumbs or finely blended fiber one cereal
    blend ingredients and shape into a loaf bake at 350 for 1-2 hours until juices run clear.

  • Nacho casserole

    in a pan cook and drain 1 pound ground beef and 1 can black beans
    mix into drained beef/beans 1 cup light ranch dressing
    1/2-3/4 cup milk chunky salsa
    chili powder to taste (1-2 tbs here)

    Layer ina casserole dish beef mixture cheddar cheese chips ending on chips on the top
    bake at 350 until the cheese melts through
    cool for 10 min and top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato.

  • Brown sugar chops - The reason why mine was so vague is because it depends on how many you're serving. I make four, so that'd be 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and butter per chop.

    They can be bone in or out. I only use bone out.
