We've had nothing but problems with it since we bought one. My hubby is ready to throw it.
Every computer we have is a dell and they all work fine, but in order to fix one the Dell company wants us to pay $215.00 a year for some software contract. So we can call in with our problems and they can access our software.
I think that is a bit too much to ask of a customer who chose to buy their product in the first place.
I did not know what category to place this in so I chose money and work.
