Back Ache

I'm 6'2 and for those of you who don't know tall people generally experience a lot of lower back pain, from having to hunch down where "normal" height people can just stand/sit comfortable. The question is since becoming prego if feels like there is zero relief ever, I can't use the normal rubs or pills for obvious reasons and the heating pad just isn't cutting it, any other ideas?

  • My sil is 6'2 and when she was pregnant with Both she would take Warm Showers for Comfort, Hope you get some relief soon hun hugs to you (()) Congrats on youre lil one:)

  • have you tried the belly band that goes under the pregnant belly to kind of help support and take pressure off? i'll find you a link to what i'm talking about

  • You should try to discipline yourself not to haunch over, as much as you can. Even if you weren't pregnant, it is bad for your back and could leave you with permanent damage to your back. Try stooping by bending your knees, and sitting, as much as possible. Congrats on the baby!
