can i just mention something that is painfully ironic

I have a term paper due next week for an english102 class
its about our career
i'm writing about being an author
and im having a really hard time writing it

its so ironic i want to puke.

just wanted to vent. for the lawlz.

  • that is ironic......... but as an aspiring writer/author, I am sure you have heard of the term "writer's block". How about writing your paper on that very subject and it's subsequent irony, as it relates to your problem right now? Kind of a third-person's take on a first-person's situation, you know what I mean?

  • Artists experience the same kind of mental block..all you have to do is stare at a blank piece of paper until droplets of blood begin to form on your forehead, and if you haven't come up with anything by then, it's time to grab a beer and try again tomorrow :p K, seriously if you want to clear your head and get the creative juices flowing, go for a long walk..I'm serious, try it..get out in nature where you can breathe a little.
