my boys get sick alot in the winter what can i do without taking them to the docters every week

  • Teach them how to wash their hands properly. Carry hand sanitizer. You don't want to sterilize every surface, necessarily, because getting colds does help build up their immunity, but hand hygiene is very important. Also, teach them to cover their coughs and sneezes so they're less likely to spread the joy. Don't let them play with the toys at the doctor's office, they're crawling with germs.

  • musicpisces is absolutely right. Plus you could give them vitamin B12 complex, have them eat apples, drink juices that contain vitamin C and if they like vegetable juice that would be another plus. All of these things work if you are consistent.
