why won't it show on a pg test if i am preg.and on a blood test i will? adult content

  • It won't always, but the hCG levels are more consistent in your blood than in your urine, and sometimes, the tests can be more accurate.

  • The blood tests can detect a very small amount of hCG and most hpt's need at least 25 mIU to show as positive.
