How many cup sizes did your boobs go down after you stopped breastfeeding?

VENT: I had my son and then I got all loose and flabby. :(
I size for a 32G bra, but I am wearing a 36DDD just to hold them down because I cant find a bra for the life of me. So if you could imagine, working out, cardio, or doing any vast movement, causes me to be uncomfortable because I am wearing a bra that doesn't fit properly, I mean it fits my boobies but not good enough to have a work out.

I plan on stopping BF as soon as my son will stop, I'm a SAHM and for me weaning has been slow because I'm always here with him, but a few hours every other day. He is almost 13mos now.

I want to work out again once my boobs can fit into a bra or sports bra so that way I can be more comfy.

How many cup sizes did you drop?

  • I was a 32DDD when I got pregnant. When my milk came in, I was easily a 34 or 36G or H. After I lost my milk, I was a 34G. Now, I'm a 32 or 34F or G, and I've lost a lot of weight. Mine just won't go away. I feel your pain hun, I really do. It's really unpredictable what will happen with yours.

  • my doctors told me after I stopped BFing they would return to their pre pregnancy size. LIE! I went from a 36 c with my first to a 40D. By the time my third was weanedd i was a 42 DDD. To this day they are still 40 DDD.

  • Oh NOOOO. Seriously, I was a D before I got prego, now I am a G, I know I have gained weight so that adds to it, and I have milk, so again an addition, maybe I will try to burn calories the easy way, walking, and hopefully they will start shrinking on their own. I don't want them to stay this big. Uuuggghhh

  • I'm a full C cup, I've got to size D cup during pregnancy. After breastfeeding... I went back down to a C. I'm pregnant again and I am bursting out of my C cup.

  • I am a tiny little A cup when I am not breastfeeding, and a mid C when I am!! They always go right back down to my normal size and I get so disappointed each time! lol Wish I could keep them without the pain and fullness!

  • screamingWhen I seen my boobs get bigger when I was pregnant I was jumping all over the place, I couldn't have been any happier. I praised my SO for helping me get my big boobies I was a (I went up to a small D I was 34C before). Then...yes the dreaded then...then they deflated now that I'm weaning from breastfeeding. Now I'm what I was when I was in middle school a 36 B.

  • They didn't. Before I had children I had a DD, while I was pregnant with my oldest they went up to a DDD and they staid there through breastfeeding, pregnancy number 2 and breastfeeding him. When I stopped nursing they did NOT go down at all! When I got pregnant with this one I had a DDD, I now have a G, ask me in 2 years if they go down after I stop nursing this time... I would be happy to go back to a DDD.

  • Well I was lucky to fill out an A cup, breast feeding inflated them to a D. Youzers. Back down to a B-small C after words.
