Can a 3 week old sleep to much??

  • Newborns sleep about 20 hours a day hun so it's normal. They wake up to eat when they are hungry but if they sleep more than 4 hours you need to wake them up to feed.

  • they are supposed to sleep 18-20 hours per day. sounds crazy but normal. by 3 months you will see alot more wakeing time. enjoy it while oyu can!

  • Not at all. Newborn babies sleep almost all the time. They only wake up to eat and then usually fall back asleep. If they do stay awake, it's only a matter of minutes. They will stay awake much more around 2-3 months.
