  • I'm always cold. But during both pregnancies I was hot. Even when it was 30 degrees outside I would have like 3 fans on me.

I haven't worn a coat in a few years, and I live in Oregon.. LOL I still sleep with just a sheet and a fan on. I swear, I'm freezing my husband out, I woke up this morning and he had 2 comforters and 2 blankets on him.. LOL

  • I'm hot normally but my hands and feet seem to always be cold...which is because I have bad circulation.

  • Peri-menopause here too ... I freeze and then hot. Not as bad as it was before I started taking Vitamin E.

Pixie ... you and my hubby sound just alike. I sleep with a sheet, comforter AND a quilt. He sleeps with a sheet. We have our AC (window) on year round and a rotating fan.
