why would a button on a keyboard stop working?

It's only one button out of the entire thing. It's the letter after B and before D. I've tried everything to get it to work but it won't.

  • sometimes it's a censor button that's gone bad, other times it's a little bit of something (like a crumb or a piece of lint) that is lodged under the key

  • Sounds like the sensor is bad under the "c" since you couldn't find any crumbs or lint or anything.
