How can I foster a love for fresh fruits and veggies in my kids (ages 7, 8, 13, and 18)?

  • You can grow your own stuff.
    Visit a farmers market of picking field....totally fun.
    Let them cook their meals and dip in sauces.
    When all else fails....smother in cheese, mama.

  • This should have been done much earlier in theirs lives, you can mold them better when they are young, but what I did was always having handy a fresh cut bowl of fruits for breakfast, for fruit is best eaten on an empty stomach in the morning. Also find new recipes for veggies that contain things they like, like cheese or whatever it is.
