can i eat pre cooked and frozen now thawed shrimp?? im 9 weeks preg

it says it was pre cooked
it was frozen after it was cook can i eat it now that its thaw

  • in moderation just for sulfur content. I mean eat some but not a while bag or every day. I love me some shrimp!!

  • I agree with the "But Mommie" as long it is fully cooked and in moderation you shouldn't have any problems. It is raw seafood you shouldn't have. I asked the same question and my serve safe certified boyfriend said it is fine and so did my doctor.

  • Yes, you can eat shrimp. Since it's cooked, it's fine. Just be sure to bring it up to temp (at least 140) before eating it, just in case.
