  • There is no 'right" age. MY opinion after you graduate high school at least. You're going to need an income to buy things a baby needs.

  • I would say if you are mature, have a steady stable income, and have a partner to help you. Ideally you have graduated collage and have a job and are married. If you can't hold down a stable job that brings in a decent wage, then you can't afford a kid and you are mature enough for that kid of responsibility. And if you don't have a partner, also begs the maturity question, and makes life harder. And if you don't go to collage or live on you own before you are in for a rude awakening.
    THis of course is my opinion.
