any dinner ideas for tonight yet?

i have tonight covered. took out some chicken legs and im going to coat in either ranch or mayo, cover in breadcrumbs and bake. serving seasoned fries & green salad with it =)

now cleaning on the other hand, i need to get started on. :(

  • Ugh. Cleaning.
    I've got to get some chicken thighs in the crockpot with some brotch, lime, cilantro, sri racha, and various other bits of deliciousness. I'm gonna leave them in there until they are falling apart, then shred them, mix a little bit of the liquid back in, and make quesadillas.

  • We've got a big cub scout night ahead of us, so I threw dinner in the crock pot. I've got a cranberry pomegranate mustard coated pork roast over a bed of potatoes, onions and garlic. When I get home from work, I'll steam some broccoli to go with it.
