New bed for daughter??

My daughter was in a bassinet since she was born, now she's too big for it so we bought a crib. However, even if I just put her in it for a few minutes to go to the bathroom or find something she'll scream hysterically. Any ideas on how to help her get used to her crib??

  • I'm a new mom of a 6 month old so my advice may be wrong but I would put her in the crib starting with a few minutes at a time with you sitting next to her and talking/singing to her. After a few times, increase the the amount of time she is in the crib and start to leave the room gradually. This might ease her anxiety.
