For those that live up north.... What sporting goods stores do you have?

I have been trying to find my son some street hockey gear. I have gone to all the sporting goods stores in my area and finally someone told me that there is really not a market for street hockey/hockey in the south so my best bet would be to find a sporting goods store that is located in the north and sells online. I have looked online but the only thing I can find is more for teenagers or a very cheap set for toddlers/preschoolers. I can't find anything in the middle for a 6 year old. Also, he is 4 ft. 1 in. tall. How would I go about finding what length stick he needs? Thanks in Advance!

  • I have ordered from http://www.hockeyworld.com before. A stick should come up to the child's nose when not wearing skates. Buy a youth stick and cut it yourself at home. Tape the sharp end.

  • Thanks, bsestrand and butterflyblue19. I just went into Dick's the other day and they didn't have any there and when I asked for help they said that don't carry that. You would think they would say "we don't carry that in our store, but you can find it on our website".
