I have gained 15 lbs in the last 5 months and I have been watching my calories!

WTF???? Why am I gaining all this weight?????/

  • Well first it is not only calories, its also fat, carbs, sodium, sugar, etc. that contribute to your weight.

    Also you'll never really loose weight with out exercise.

  • If you really can't find a source of additional calories, go see your doctor. Diabetes and thyroid problems are both associated with unexplained weight gain.

  • Well this is what I dont understand... I got pregnant Nov. '09 and lost weight throughout the whole pregnancy, I started at 160. By July "10 when I gave birth, well about 3 weeks after, I was down to 125. Now just like I steadily lost weight now I am steadily packing the pounds back on. I really wanted to be around 110 by now. But I am 137! UGH

  • What does your diet consist of? Exercise regimen?
    Weight loss is calories in vs. calories out.
    If you really want help, pm me and join the Healthy Weight Loss group. I lost 57 lbs in 9 months. I started my journey 1 year ago. I have gained 8 back and the past 2 weeks while on a cruise so I am back to normal and on loss mode again to get back to my goal weight of 110. I started at 167 and a size 12, when I hit my goal weight I was 110 and a size 0 in juniors.
