Chocolate dipped potatoe chips..

If you have made these, what are the best chips to use? I got some from a friend last year and they were great.

  • They were! I thought it was strange, but I'll try anything once! I was shocked. They seem pretty easy to make too.

  • My sister makes them with name brand ruffles. She says they have less breakage.

  • Every time I see them they're made with Ruffles, or the wavy ones. Those are thicker than regular chips.

If you meant chocolate chips - a high quality, Ghirardelli or better.
