Why do my brownies come out crumbly??????

I need a really good fudge brownie recipe....
Does anyone know of one?

  • If you were making them from scratch I would just try to use the same recipe and reduce the amount of flour.

  • You have to be careful not to overmix brownies. You want to just stir them until the ingredients are barely moistened. Also, if you overcook them in the least, they will be dry and crumbly.

  • My two favs are from food network. My fav of the two is the one from Paula Deen. I'll leave them below. If they are coming out crumbly you're probably letting them cook too long or not adding the right amount of liquids. Good luck.

  • well hun when all else fails use the boxed brownies recipe!! always works as long as you follow directions.....
