  • I think a little over $400, not including food and things like that. We've had more recently, and will for the next couple of months because of taxes on things, stickers on the cars, etc. I think this month or November it was around $500 and the only "luxury" thing we have is internet, but I need it for college.

  • No mortgage on either home just taxes so 10k each year.
Home owners insurance is 1200 for one home and 800 for the other.

I pay both once a year out of our house fund. The second home all utilities are paid with rental funds.

Utility bill is bundled (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, cable and phone) 325 a month
    Cellphone bill 79 a month
    Car insurance 87 a month
Health insurance we are self employed so we pay for it ourselves 800 a month
    Groceries 550 a month
    Gas 300 a month

So 2141 for the main bills we have.

Our take home pay is 12k a month so what is left after bills are paid is split between our retirement accounts, savings, house fund and our entertainment account.
