John Lennon was taken from this earth thirty years ago tomorrow. You can guarantee tomorrow I will be blasting the Beatles/Lennon music all day. :`( Who's with me?

  • pushing the time border with some of these younger moms. :-) Hate to admit it, but the at was quite awhile ago now ...makes me feel old when I know something and the younger ones are all "huh? who?" lol

  • Well, I'm one of those younger ones I guess but I grew up on the Beatles so even though I'm 18 I love them just as much as those screaming girls waiting outside of their plane did. My daughter even knows who the Beatles are and she loves John Lennon.

  • Thirty years!? Wow! I didn't realize it had been that long! I grew up on the Beatles and then listened to his music. I loved "Imagine" ... one of my favorite songs. I remember that my mom cried that day, I was 11, I think. I will have to dig out my Beatles #1 Hits CD and listen to it tomorrow.
