  • No. Usually he has to sign an affadavit of paternity though.

  • No. You will have paperwork to fill out, and he will have to sign it saying his is the father.

  • Nope. It's up to the mother what last name the child gets in all 50 states. They will bring you in the paperwork, as long as you have the fathers information on the papers you can give the child his name.

  • oh and my df, the babys dad, isnt even on the bc because he works outta state and wasnt there for the birth and my sons last name is still his dads last name.
