trout or salmon?

dh is grilling tonight..steak for him and our company, and fish for myself and our dd...we just moved, so i haven't found any of my spices, thanks to the movers misplacing half of our boxes....so anyway, i picked up some trout the other day when grocery shopping, thinking it was salmon,..oh well, fish is fish and all is good. what spices do you use on salmon or trout? suggestions please...i'm having to buy new stuff today, bc i can't stand bland meals...we're having white rice and asparagus for our sides.

  • Salmon, definitely, and I'd use lemon pepper seasoning. :)

  • Trout. We put onion, lemon, and japalenos inside the fish, season the outside, wrap the entire thing in bacon, then foil, then grill it. Want to talk about some GREAT fish, try it :0)
